It is important to Star Floors that our clients are satisfied with our service. This means delivering a product that very specifically meets their performance requirements.

For the floor of Honda Canada’s maintenance facility in Calgary, a “decorative flake” system was specified. This type of system is typically used in commercial kitchen and food processing applications. Star had reservations about the suitability of this product. Further discussions with the General Contractor determined that this product did not match the needs of this client. Familiarity with Tennant Company Coatings and previous job experience at the Honda Canada facility in Vancouver, BC allowed us to recommend a product that would better suit their needs. Not only were we able to recommend the right product but our client even saved a few bucks by switching to the much more durable Eco-HTS system.

XPS Construction, Calgary

RetroPlate expands its network in BC

For a few years now Star Floors has been the sole applicator of the RetroPlate concrete polishing system in BC. This has provided us with many wonderful projects, experiences and contacts for which we feel very fortunate.

Specializing in large scale projects we have had to turn away many small retail and residential projects over the years. Saying no to work is always difficult but was necessary to ensure that Star provide our clients with the service they deserve and have grown to expect.
